"What an amazing man! I have had a number of lessons with different coaches and by far Peter is the best! He uses a completely different approach to everyone else. It works and not only will your game be better for it, you will also gain more self-confidence. Highly recommend Peter for private lessons." Jane
”Before my lessons with Peter, I was always feeling frustrated with my tennis. But after having lessons with him I feel so much more confident about what I need to do.”
“I very much appreciated Peter’s knowledge and teaching style. I’ve had lessons from quite a few coaches, but this is the first time I really understand what I need to do and how to do it.”
“I will definitely be coming back for more. I can’t believe how much more I’m enjoying my tennis.”
"I attend the High Intensity Interval Tennis Training session (HIITTs) that Peter runs. It is fantastic: Peter is a great coach, so knowledgeable, and very engaging. The lessons are really fun, sociable - and quite a workout! Peter’s expertise means that he’s able to explain very simply how to improve my shots and overall game. I would highly recommend Peter’s lessons."
"Peter has given tennis lessons to my whole family. He is able to change his teaching techniques to suit the student and is incredibly patient and encouraging. He also runs a weekly cardio tennis session for a few of my friends, which we all absolutely love because it is great fun and our tennis improves at the same time."
“Loved the course, Peter was fantastic at understanding what I wanted. “
Peter has had a career in tennis spanning some 30 years. He was a former full-time player which then morphed into a career in tennis coaching. During this time he has had the pleasure to have worked with a wide variety of players from complete beginners to full-time professionals.
Peter is passionate about improving people's experience of the game whatever their personal aspirations. As well as being a performance tennis coach he is also certified in many other areas including psychology as a therapist and fitness as an exercise therapist.
Peter has developed a unique approach to coaching the game that puts the individual at the heart of the learning process, that is he quickly identifies the resources that the individual already possesses and amplifies these. In turn, this then blends into developing other areas of the individuals game. This perceptual change then changes the individual's experience of their capacity which then quickly imbues belief and possibility.
